  • The lower central incisors appear, commonly between the ages 5 to 9 months sometimes vary from infants to infants.
  • The upper central incisors appears a month later and the lateral incisors usually within the next 3 months depend upon first lower central incisors.
  • The molar teeth appear around the age of 12 to 15 months, preceding the eruption of canine teeth by 6 months, which appear between the age 18 to 21 months. In this manner babies teeth are erupt.
  • Teething can start as early a 3 months and continue to 3 years old.

Teething normally start to break through the gum from at around six to nine months old. Usually the lower or bottom front teeth come through first, followed by the top front teeth (central incisors) and then the top and bottom incisors either side (lateral incisors). Most children will have around eight teeth by their first birthday, although this is just an average vary from infants to infants.

These erupt in the following order as 1st molar 6 years, then central and lateral incisors 6 to 8 years, canines and premolars- 9 to 12 years, second molar 12 years ,third molars 18 years or later

Administration of trtracycline to the mother in the last trimester of pregnancy may lead to discoloration of deciduous teeth, which start calcifying at 5h or 6th month of fetal life. Trtracycline discolors and damages the permanent teeth if it is administered during infancy and early childhood.

Many babies feel discomfort while teething. Teething is difficult task for infants, common problems while teething are increased dribbling, irritability, reduced appetite, a tendency to pull at the ears and an urge to chew on everything babies can get their hands on. Many babies experience have toilet many times.
While teething baby does not cause high temperatures, convulsions or bad diarrhea. Give the baby a teething ring to chew on, rubbing ice on the gums, rubber or smooth toys.

Many parents compare their baby with others, but remember there is a wide variation among babies in terms of when their teeth appear. Teething is a normal and natural process by which an infant begins to cut the first teeth . It is accepted that the symptoms of teething vary according to baby to baby. On average, infants begin teething at six months and by the age of three years all the first teeth have erupted

Many people feel that , biting is a sign of teething. Instead of getting upset with your baby if they bite you, instead, give them something else for bite such as smooth toys or smooth substance.  Some parents like to freeze juice so it provides comfort and nutrition at the same time. Always take care your baby from choking on a large piece. Kids like chewing on a bone, just like a dog does. But make sure there aren't any slivers of bone left on it. Now a day teething biscuits can be a life saver, but don't give your baby too many as they can cause tooth decay and many other problem.  Babies like the feeling of a cold spoon, but bend the handle so they can't injure themselves. Teething rings are great for sore gums, especially if kept in the fridge.

Babies experience pain when teeth start to break through the gum. Pain relief is provided mainly in the form of analgesic and teething gels. Some of these topical gels also have antiseptic properties. Gels which  relieve pain and inflammation such as those containing choline can be applied direct to the gums . Some doctor also refer antibiotics or naturopathic medications. When your baby starts to teeth, it can be a frustrating time for you and your baby both.

Due to to excess saliva many babies develop, During teething time. Many time skin can become red and bumpy, like a rash. While they're teething keep a towel or cotton cloth under their bed sheet to soak up the drool If baby develops a drool rash.
