Care after Pregnancy

A woman's body experience changes during pregnancy.  In pregnancy uterus contain near about 4-5 liters of water, After delivery uterus reduce in size.

 After six weeks time, the uterus close to the pre-pregnancy weight of about 50g from a weight of 1000g. The blood that is lost over a few weeks  or one  to one and half month after delivery depend upon women to women. In pregnancy  organs like the heart, lung and circulatory system that were burdened  it back to its normal function.  The main organ is vagina ,it slowly returns to its normal shape.

About Diet :

New born baby or infant totally depend upon mother, so proper diet and care should be given properly. Total calories required for lactating mother is 2800.Protein required is 68 gm which is given in form of food ,fruits and from other elements. If women take diet properly then after 6-9 months weight of lactating mother is equal to its weight before pregnancy. After pregnancy to get again your originally weight may take some time and effort from your side.
 In delivery excess water carried during pregnancy is flushed out as urine so due to this most of the weight is lost within a few days of childbirth. After this loss of weight slows down, but if you continue to breastfeed your baby for more that six months, your weight in decreasing naturally. Pregnancy and childbirth is an emotional time.

Liquid 8-9  glass of water ,should be taken ,and also 3-4 glass of other liquid such as coconut water ,juice ,soup etc. Milk is important factor.

People have many misconception about exercise about  exercise after pregnancy. Exercise after pregnancy have many advantage:
1.Body posture are in shape become healthy and slim.
2.Body feel healthy

Exercise should start from:
1.In case of normal pregnancy it should start after 3-4 days and it increased upto 15 minute on 8-9 day.
2.In case of cesareans ,do not start before 1 month.

During delivery body and its parts such as muscles and veins become lose ,they do not have its proper position. Due to this many women feel problem.
 

 



 
 
During pregnancy every parts of body is not on its proper position it may be expand (make large)  or reduce. After pregnancy firstly vagina regain its original shape quickly  with help of exercise. During delivery Wounds to the uterus, perineum (the area between the vagina and anus) and vagina cure fast. In pregnancy level of hormones are increased ,after delivering, the levels of the hormone progesterone are decreasing and it is restored to normal. Due to this many problem reduced and slowly it disappear. Many problem such as Heartburns vanish, varicose veins get better and constipation is reduced. Some problem such as Piles take a long time to cure.
After pregnancy many women face problem of back pain for many month  for avoiding this problem don't lift carrying things things that are heavy. During pregnancy, due to hormonal changes joints of the pelvis and spine, muscles become soft ,after delivery it return to normal. After few month of delivery stomach muscles to get again firmness because in pregnancy that have been stretched to twice their length.
